Ghana defender Baba Rahman sets ambitious targets after signing for PAOK FC
Ghana international, Abdul Baba Rahman has disclosed that he is elated he has joined PAOK FC.
The Black Stars defender on Tuesday sealed a move to sign for the Greek giants as he ended his long stay at English Premier League club Chelsea FC.
“PAEK PAOK announces the acquisition of Baba Rahman by transfer from Chelsea. The Ghanaian full-back signed a contract with Dikefalos until June 30, 2026,” the club said.
Speaking after his unveiling, Baba Rahman said his target is to help PAOK FC to win the Greek top-flight league and the Greece Cup.
Explaining what motivated him to sign for PAOK FC, the Black Stars full-back explained that the desire shown by the head coach of the team motivated him.
“The coach really expressed his desire to have me in the team, and this is something I appreciated a lot and actually made me choose PAOK,” Baba Rahman noted.
