Kaizer Chiefs out for revenge

The Glamour Boys surrendered 4th place on the final day of 2022-23 with a defeat to Cape Town City. Now, they’ll be eager to atone for that disappointment by making an early statement with their new-look side. They’ve also recruited Mduduzi Mdantsane from the Citizens, who will be fired up against his former employers. The technically gifted left-footer can slot into a variety of formations and should be able to interchange seamlessly with fit-again Nkosingiphile Ngcobo behind the prolific Ranga Chivaviro. A clash in the Mother City should be a good acid-test.
