VfB Stuttgart’s Sporting Director, Fabian Wohlgemuth, expressed his satisfaction with the recent signing of Ghanaian forward, Jamie Leweling.
Wohlgemuth spoke highly of the young player, emphasizing his versatility and exceptional qualities.
The German-born Ghanaian’s footballing skills and intensity were praised by Wohlgemuth, who described Leweling as a valuable asset to the team’s offensive strategy for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
Wohlgemuth noted that Leweling’s ability to play in multiple positions, coupled with his Bundesliga experience gained during his time at Fürth and Union Berlin, further solidified his potential impact on the squad.
“Jamie can be used in several positions. He gained Bundesliga experience in Fürth and at Union Berlin and proved his qualities. With his footballing skills and intense style of play, Jamie is an asset to our offensive game,” said Wohlgemuth.
Leweling joined VfB Stuttgart on a season-long loan deal from FC Union Berlin, who will be playing in the UEFA Champions League in the 2023-24 season.
